We work with a number of E-Wallet Service Providers (“E-wallet Service Providers”) whose websites may be linked to within the Website. If you register for a service of an E-wallet Service Provider through our link, we may receive a small commission from some of the fees you generate from using the service. Any revenue generated in such manner does not increase the overall cost of the product or service to you.

We do not have control over the content and performance of the E-wallet Service Providers and could therefore make no promises or guarantees about the accuracy, content or quality of the information provided by the E-wallet Service Providers, and we assume no responsibility for unintended, objectionable, inaccurate, misleading or unlawful content that may be found on the E-wallet Service Providers’ websites or products. You acknowledge and agree that we make no guarantees about and assume no responsibility for the accuracy, speed or quality of any third party content.

As part of our Services, we may provide you with access to ad-hoc promotions (“Promotions”), special offerings, incentives, account level upgrades, special feature enhancements and favorable terms of use (“Promotional Offerings”) for the E-wallet Service Providers we work with. We may make such Promotions and Promotional Offerings publicly accessible to all users by publishing them on our Website. Alternatively, we may only provide access to such Promotions and Promotional Offerings to select users we identify on our end. You hereby accept and agree that you may not be eligible to participate in all Promotions and receive all Promotional Offerings available as part of our Services.

Certain Promotions and Promotional Offerings may only be available to you, if you have signed up for an e-wallet account with the E-wallet Service Providers through our affiliate link. Shall that be the case, we will make it known to you.

We reserve the right to discontinue your participation in a Promotion or revoke any Promotional Offering available to you if we have a reason to believe that you:

i. are using or attempting to use false information; or

ii. are creating or attempting to create multiple entries to participate in a Promotion or obtain a Promotional Offering. You only have right to one entry to a Promotion or Promotional Offering of a type;

iii. are engaging in any fraudulent or illegal activity as defined by the terms of the Promotion or Promotional Offering, the terms of use of the E-wallet Service Providers as if fully set forth herein or any applicable laws and regulations.

Any disqualification of a Promotion participation or suspension of your e-wallet account by the E-wallet Service Providers shall automatically extend to your use of our Services. We reserve the right to refuse to provide you Services in full, if we have reasons to believe that you are in breach of any promotion terms with us or the E-wallet Service Providers.

We impose certain restrictions on your permissible use of our Services. You are prohibited from all of the following:

i. interfering or attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, by submitting a virus to the Website, “flooding,” “spamming,” “mail bombing,” or “crashing”;

ii. attempting to test the vulnerability of the Website or to breach security or authentication measures;

iii. using the Website to send unsolicited e-mail.
